Studio Etiquette – Flow Respectfully, Move Mindfully
Before, During & After Class
Arrival & Setup – Arrive 5 minutes before class for check-in and setup. If it’s your first time, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early. If a class is in session, please enter quietly.
Equipment & Attire – FlowLine is a shoe-free studio. Please remove your shoes and store them in the designated area. Pilates grip socks are strongly recommended for better stability and movement. We also recommend bringing a personal towel for your comfort and to maintain hygiene during sessions. Avoid wearing thick creams, belts, buckles, or accessories that may damage the equipment.
Phones – This is your time to disconnect and focus. Please switch your phone to silent mode before entering the studio to maintain a distraction-free space.
Water – We are a plastic-free studio! Please bring your own bottle and refill it at our filtered water station.
